Job Purpose: Serves customers by providing information; responding to requests; resolving problems, working with sales staff to support sales effort. Assist in the fulfillment of products on a daily basis. Skills/Qualifications: Verbal Communication, Resolving Conflict, Listening, Data Entry Skills, Organization, Verbal Communication, Customer Service, Customer Focus, Problem Solving. -Must be familiar with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel. Job Duties: 1) Customer Service: *Responds to customer inquiries by answering phone calls and messages; verifying customer's understanding of information and answer. *Records problems by documenting issues in the company system *Handles return items and generates credit memos; explaining refund procedures; forwarding required adjustments. 2) Sales Assistant: *Assisting Sales Rep on customer quotes and assists with coordination of shipment of orders General: *Be professional and have good command of the English and Spanish language. *Have ability to multi-task and be detail oriented as well as excellent organizational skills. *Must be able to work in a fast paced environment. *Cheerful disposition and team player attitude is required.
